We want you to be fully satisfied with your PUEBCO utility goods. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to PUEBCO

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
